Shipping conditions

For all our shipments, unless expressly requested, packagings approved by our express courier are used.
In the event that the parcel has, at the time of delivery, signs of tampering or obvious liquid leakages and / or supposedly, please accept the goods by entering the following statement on the courier's bubble "accepted subject to content verification ".

Your parcel will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days beyond the acceptance date, across the national territory (Monday to Friday). Courier will deliver the products ordered to the address indicated in the registration process.
Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, except for holidays on weekdays. In particular, orders arriving after 11:30 every Thursday will be processed from the following Monday, except for exceptional cases. To avoid any discomfort, please communicate an address where there is always someone who can collect the goods.

There are two free delivery attempts for each shipment. If in both cases the recipient is absent, a stock practice will be opened at the cost of 10.00 euro + VAT. After two days of storage, delivery is rejected. Parking costs amount to 1.00 euro + VAT per day and return it to 5.00 euro + VAT.

In case of no delivery to the recipient, and after the stocks are over, the shipment considered abandoned.

For non-EU countries, Mapedro srl is not responsible for customs procedures and any blockages of the goods to customs. It is the customer's responsibility to appoint an external broker for the settlement of these customs practices.

Regarding the shipments, our carriers are subject to the laws governing the carriage of goods both in Italy and abroad.
"Compensation by the courier for loss or damage is limited to the maximum established by Law No 450 of 22 August 1985 and subsequent amendments to shipments in Italy or to the Warsaw Convention of 12 October 1929 and subsequent amendments to shipments via Aerial, or the Geneva Convention of 19 May 1956 for international road haulage. "
