Colour: straw yellow with golden tinges, extremely limpid
Aroma: intense and complex with notes reminiscent of orange blossom, lemon, aromatic herbs, wisteria, lavender flowers and cirrus honey
Flavour: dry yet at the same time lively and warm, rich and succulent, with citrus and honey tones; the finish is long and gentle with an extremely persisten aftertaste
It was launched following an intuition that these grapes vinified in French oak barrels would give rise to a great original white wine.
It is the result of a blend of single-vineyard wines from vineyards situated within the family estate.
